We would like to invite our Grandparents to our school on Thursday 4th of February 2016. We will begin with Mass at 10am in St John’s Church Cratloe and return to the school hall for some light refreshments and entertainment.

This week is Catholic Schools’ Week. All this week, our school will be celebrating Catholic Schools Week. This week gives everyone involved in Catholic education the opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the contribution that our Catholic schools make to Irish life. During this week we encourage you, as parents and families, to take time to reflect on what it means to have your child as part of a Catholic school community, and to consider how you can support the work being done in your child’s Catholic school.

Invitation to all Grandparents: The boys and girls of St John’s NS would like to invite their grandparents to ‘grandparents’ day’ on Thursday 30th of January, beginning with mass at 10am in St John’s Church and back to the hall for some light refreshments and entertainment. Looking forward to seeing you.

On Thursday we welcomed our grandparents to our school. Fr Enright celebrated mass at 10am and after our grandparents went back to the school hall for tea and coffee. All the classes performed for the grandparents and they really enjoyed the day. One Granny said ” Where in the world would we be treated so well and entertained so well”.
